Your First Visit to Our Omaha Practice

Kunz Chiropractic Chiropractic Office

An Enjoyable Chiropractic Visit

Once you have made the decision to make an appointment at Kunz Chiropractic, what should you expect on your first visit? We will make your first visit as easy and as enjoyable as possible. You will be greeted with a smile and treated like part of our chiropractic family.

We will have some short forms for you to fill out about your health status, and then you will be given a short tour of the office.

A Complementary Chiropractic Consultation

The consultation with one of the doctors will be about finding out your concerns and what you want out of your health care. The examination process is very comfortable and our tests are designed to give us a baseline on how well your nervous system is functioning as well as what state your spine is in. Usually from door to door the first visit is about 40 minutes.

Then it's time for your Second Visit!

Dr. Kunz Asks some important questions of interest to Omaha residents - Chiropractor Omaha Dr. Kunz Asks...

Where do most Omaha residents get their first subluxation?
Being born in a hospital is a common source of subluxation. Trauma from forceps delivery has been replaced with drugs, vacuum extraction, Cesarean section and births that are "scheduled" to fit the workweek routines of Ob-Gyns. That's why we recommend a chiropractic checkup for every Omaha newborn.
What is the purpose of pain?
Pain prompts many Omaha folks to begin chiropractic care. But pain isn't the problem! Pain is just how your body alerts you that a limit has been reached (or exceeded), that something isn't working right and that some type of change is needed. As a chiropractor, my job is finding the underlying cause and recommending the changes needed to bring your body back into balance.
