Chiropractic is the Natural Way To Health

I just wish I had known then what I know now! When I was young I was always sick and having some aches and pains. My uncle was a chiropractor in another state so when he would visit I remember my mom asking him to adjust me. I was always afraid of the adjustment and every time after I was adjusted it was like “that’s it?”
So here I was a few years later as a high school junior with an English project. Do a research paper on a career path. Now remember I’m in high school so the only thing I could think of was my uncle who was a chiropractor. So I got to work on the project and did some research about chiropractic. Man was I blown away and I found out there was a natural way to stay healthy. When you get excited about a topic it starts not to be work and turns into fun plus on the bright side I got a very good grade on the paper.
Beginning my Chiropractic Journey
I enrolled at UNO and started my undergraduate work while working full time. I then selected Cleveland Chiropractic College in Kansas City to study for my doctorate because that’s where my uncle went. It was a grueling program that seemed like a full time job. I learned more about the human body than I thought possible.
Then my wife and I chose to move back home to Omaha to start a family and a chiropractic practice. I have always run my practice with the idea that the patient comes first. I truly love what I do and some of the best moments are when a practice member tells me about something in their life they can do now that wasn’t possible before care. Or when a practice member brings their family to start care and gives me the ultimate compliment of being their family chiropractor. Keeping my office a fun and exciting environment of healing keeps me excited and loving each day.
A Balanced Chiropractic Lifestyle
I have been married to my wife Danielle for some time now and we have one 3-year-old girl with another on the way. Our little girl Elena has never had an antibiotic and I give credit to chiropractic in making the difference in her great health. In my free time I enjoy playing or coaching volleyball, golf, and hiking outdoors.
My way to stay healthy is very simple. I eat sensible, enjoy working out, keep a positive outlook, and bring it all together with a chiropractic adjustment around once a week. I choose to stay away from medications because I believe health comes from the inside and that our body was made to be healthy it just needs the proper resources and support to do so.
Enough about me! I’m ready to meet you and discuss your concerns about your health. So call the office or email me so you can get started. I promise we will make it easy and enjoyable.
